The Americanization of Mental Illness

Social Anthropology has been telling me that nothing exists outside of culture. There is so such thing as a vacuous realm free from the bounds of our own social conditioning - even empirical science. Most definitely frustrating, but almost certainly helpful when arguing over a few pints. All comes down to relativism.
